Listen: Guided Attention Practices
Some practices are easier when someone talks you through them. We're recording guided audio in Dhivehi and English for three practices from Section 4:
The anchor practice: rest your attention on one anchor, such as your breath or the sound of the sea. When you drift, notice, then gently return.
The 3-Breath Reset: a one-minute reset for exams, interviews, matches and hard conversations.
The 15-Minute Daily Practice: five minutes of Anchor, five of Wide View, and five of Wonder & Gratitude.
The recordings are on their way
To hear when they're ready, email hello@votexinsights.com with the subject "Audio". Tell us whether you'd like Dhivehi, English or both.
Try one now: the 3-Breath Reset
Sigh it out: two short breaths in through the nose, then one long, slow breath out through the mouth.
Feel: breathe slowly and notice your feet on the floor and your hands.
Widen: breathe slowly and take in the whole room. Then turn to the first question.
Your 15 minutes
0–5 min · Anchor: breath focus. Drift, notice, return.
5–10 min · Wide View: let sounds, feelings and thoughts come and go.
10–15 min · Wonder & Gratitude: recall one thing that amazed you and three things you're grateful for.
Short is fine. Stopping early isn't.
