Practicing Mindfulness in the Workplace
Calmer teams. Clearer focus. A healthier culture.
Stress and burnout rarely announce themselves; they show up as missed details, short tempers and quiet disengagement. This program brings simple, practical mindfulness into everyday work so teams can handle pressure with more steadiness and care.
Who it's for
Whole teams, departments and front-line staff, including resort operations, offices, healthcare and public institutions. We also offer a dedicated session for managers.
What we deliver
- Tailored workshops. Interactive sessions built around your team's real pressures.
- Daily micro-practices. Short techniques such as the STOP method and mindful breathing that take a minute or less.
- Mindful communication. Listening fully, responding instead of reacting, and handling difficult conversations with care.
- Support for managers. Helping leaders model calm, psychological safety and respectful communication.
- Train-the-facilitator (optional). Equipping internal champions to keep the practice going after we leave.
Formats
- Single workshop (half-day)
- Workshop series over several weeks
- Longer culture partnership with leadership and HR, including team diagnostics and a written recommendation report (see How We Work)
- Keynotes and seminars for AGMs, conferences and staff events
What teams can expect
Participants leave with a small set of practical tools they can use immediately, a shared language for talking about stress and focus, and a clear plan for building the habit. Participant feedback will be shared once collected and approved (temporary - to be updated)
The science, in plain words
Mindfulness has been widely studied in workplace settings. Research links regular practice with lower perceived stress and better attention and emotional regulation. Results depend on regular practice, which is why we focus on habits, not one-off events. Supporting research references to be added (temporary - to be updated)
Investment: tailored to team size, format and location. Pricing is shared on request (temporary - to be updated)
