The Resilience Nexus Workshop
Turning workplace stress into strength: a 3-hour, hands-on workshop for leaders and supervisors.

Why it matters
Stress isn't always the enemy. Used well, pressure sharpens focus and drives performance. Left unmanaged, it shows up as errors, turnover and burnout. Supervisors feel it first, because they sit between leadership mandates and frontline reality.
The Resilience Nexus does two things in one session. Your leaders learn practical tools to steady themselves under pressure, and your organisation gets clear, anonymous data on where that pressure actually comes from.
What you'll experience
Five interactive modules. No passive lectures.
- Immersion & Calibration (30 min). A guided mindful immersion, a slowed-down body scan and heart-brain coherence practice that bring everyone into present-moment awareness and set a baseline.
- Stress Matrix Mapping (45 min). Participants sort the 30 items of the Job Stress Survey (JSS) by intensity and frequency. This separates minor irritations from the critical pressure points that matter.
- Work-Design Mapping & Hidden Bottlenecks (45 min). Using the UK HSE Management Standards (Demands, Control, Support, Relationships, Role and Change), peers compare their rankings to find root causes and the systemic bottlenecks that usually go unspoken.
- Values & Mandates (20 min). Participants line up organisational mandates with their own core values, so compliance becomes conviction, and flag friction points as 90-day priorities.
- Protocol & Decision Automation (40 min). Participants turn insight into simple, repeatable protocols and a personal action plan for resilient decisions under pressure.
Format
- Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes) per batch
- Style: highly interactive, hands-on and experiential
- Group size: delivered in batches to keep a strong facilitator-to-participant ratio (exact batch size: temporary - to be updated)
- Location: at your premises or a venue of your choice in the Maldives
- Confidentiality: every answer is anonymous. Scores are pooled into group averages and are never traced back to an individual.
