Why it matters
Leadership is not only about job titles. Every interaction with a colleague, guest or client is a chance to lead with care. When people are rushed and reactive, communication breaks down and small problems grow. When they are present and clear about their values, teams work together better and service improves.
Leading with Intention and Awareness combines practical mindfulness with values-based leadership, so your people can stay calm under pressure, listen deeply and act with integrity.
What you'll experience
Three connected modules, built around practice and reflection.
- The Foundation of Presence. An introduction to mindful leadership, the centering breath as a tool for instant focus, and connecting values to daily action.
- The Art of Conscious Connection. Deep listening and mindful communication, role-plays that turn real workplace or guest challenges into opportunities, and cultivating empathy in high-pressure environments.
- Building a Resilient Team. Identifying and managing stress triggers, a "One Team" collaboration challenge, and a personal action plan for intentional leadership.
Throughout the session: guided practices such as focused breathing, body scans and a mindful walk, plus journaling and group discussion to anchor what you learn.

- A 4-hour interactive workshop per group (temporary - to be updated)
- Groups of up to 25 participants, so everyone takes part (temporary - to be updated)
